Furnish were instructed to re-design all police station reception spaces across Gloucestershire. After consultation with steak holders it was agreed that the new spaces should feel welcoming and warm, more akin to the reception of a hotel and not just somewhere to report crime. They should also be presented as a resource destination for local information generating interest and interaction with the force by the public.
